Caramelized, shaved steak is draped in a rich truffle aioli, melted provolone and delicate shavings of black truffles, all nestled in a toasted hoagie and finished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and deluxe truffle fries on the side.
Directions
- Caramelize beef on a flat top or in a saute pan over medium high heat 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange the provolone slices over the beef and allow cheese to melt. 1-2 minutes.
- While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the roll on the flat top. Make sure to keep it hinged, do not completely separate the top and bottom of the hoagie.
- Spread the truffle aioli on the bottom of the hoagie, and transfer the cheesy beef mixture onto the roll, distributing it evenly along the length of the bun.
- Use a mandolin to shave the truffle thinly and fan across the length of the bun tucked in over the meat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with truffle fries for a luxe experience.
