Loaded Bacon Breakfast Totchos Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Tots, frozen
- 1/4 cup Yellow Cheese Sauce
- 1 ea. Egg Whites, scrambled
- 2 tsp. Scallions, chopped
- to taste Hot Sauce
- 4 ea. Wright® Brand Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Sliced Bacon
Crispy golden tots are loaded with creamy American cheese sauce, fluffy scrambled egg whites, scallions, and hot sauce, served alongside two crispy strips of Wright® Brand bacon .
Directions
- Cook the tots until golden and crispy, then season with salt and pepper.
- Warm the yellow cheese sauce so it is easy to pour.
- Scramble the egg whites.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then rough-chop two slices for the top and reserve two whole slices for the side.
- To build: lay the tots on the serving dish, top with cheese sauce, then the scrambled egg whites. Sprinkle the rough-chopped bacon over the eggs, add the chopped scallions, and finish with hot sauce.
- Serve the two remaining crispy bacon slices on the side.
