| 6 OZ. | Hillshire Farm® Cooked Beef Topping |

| 2 SLICES | Tomato |
| 2 EA. | Dill Pickles |

Directions
- Using a 1/4 wedge of pizza dough, fill in the center with Hillshire Farm® Cooked Beef Topping and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fold over edges enclosing the filling and crimp the edges closed.
- Preheat fryer to 350°F. Fry 3-5 minutes on each side until dough is cooked through.
- Allow to rest 2-3 minutes on a rack after frying.
- Cut edge of pizza pocket open.
- Stuff warm pizza pocket with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles.
- Serve wrapped in parchment paper for easier eating as a handheld.
