Ranch Drumstick with Buffalo Mac & Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
Servings: 10 Each
- 10 drums Tyson® Fully Cooked Whole Grain Breaded Chicken Drumsticks #16660100928
- 30oz Mac & Cheese, Reduced Fat, Reduced Sodium (Cooked)
- 3 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. Buffalo Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning
Zesty ranch seasoned Tyson® Fully Cooked Whole Grain Breaded Chicken Drumsticks served with buffalo mac & cheese.
Directions
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over frozen drumsticks
- Place drumsticks on parchment lined cooking sheet and bake for 28-32 minutes at 375°F - to an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Hold in warmer at 145° to serve hot or refrigerate to cool for cold serving. Can hold in refrigeration for 3 days.
- Prepare Mac & Cheese per the manufacturer’s instructions
- Mix the buffalo sauce into cooked Mac & Cheese
- Use a #10 scoop (3 oz.) to serve buffalo mac & cheese into your serving contain and add a ranch seasoned drumstick on top (or on the side)
