Loaded Steakhouse Fries Recipe
Ingredients
Yield: 2-4 Servings
- 4 oz. The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak, Non Marinated, 4 oz
- 4 oz. French fries
- 1 oz. Oven roasted tomatoes
- 1 oz. Green scallions
- 1 oz. Cheddar queso
- Opt. Serrano - Lime Guacamole
Loaded steakhouse fries with tender The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak atop of crispy fried potatoes with oven roasted tomatoes and covered with a stout-cheddar queso. Served with a side of serrano-lime guacamole.
Directions
- Deep fry french fries to desired level of crispness
- On a large platter place down french fries and sliced steak and top with tomatoes, and pour cheddar queso on top.
- Garnish plate with green scallions and serve with (optional) serrano-lime guacamole.
