| 2 oz. | Caramelized Onions |
| 2 oz. | Sliced Mushrooms |
| As garnish. | Parsley, as garnish |
Directions
- Pre-heat impinger oven to 450°F.
- Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.
- Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean worksurface.
- Spread white sauce evenly over the crust.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Place Bonici® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Italian Style Pork and Beef Meatballs, .5 oz and sliced mushrooms and caramelized onion.
- Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.
- Cook for approximately 4 minutes and finally garnish with parsley.
- Serve as needed.
