Directions
- Pre-heat deep fryer at 350° F.
- Place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.
- Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- Remove from deep fryer and place onto a wire rack at 135° F.
- Reserve for assembly
- To assemble, place three brioche hot dog buns onto a clean work surface.
- Remove Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins from the holding rack and place into each of the brioche hot dog buns.
- Evenly distribute dill pickles and onions onto each Crispy Chicken Tender Dog.
- Drizzle each of the Crispy Chicken Tender Dogs with zesty ranch dressing (Sub-Recipe).
- Place onto a clean serving dish.
- Place tater tots onto the serving dish next to the Crispy Chicken Tender Dogs and sprinkle with salt.
- Serve as needed with a side of chipotle aioli.
